Pandora Jewelry

This was a gift and the bracelet was half a size too small, the sale's person was so nice, showed me how the clasp worked and the exchange was smooth. I did this on my lunch and made it back in time to even eat. Thank you!

The Pandora employee asked me a wors to describe the person who would be receiving the jewelry & that helped him suggest pieces for me. He wasn’t very pushy, he showed me options and let me decide. He was also very patient.

I told the rep what I was looking for and she return with the items. No problems

I purchase a item while i was with the person i was buying it for and the sale clerk heard say which items she had and it was one i purchase the clerk came and told me and asked me if i would like to pick out another one she was so helpful i love this store.

The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. I exchanged my charm with ease. They helped me save on charms I purchased.

I was honestly dreading going to pandora just because around the holidays i know it gets so busy but i had a great experience as soon as i walked in a sale associate came right up to me and assisted me. She answered all my questions and showed me plenty of charms she was very patient and kind.

The sales person she was very helpful, she showed me all the ones that were on sale.

Was shopping for Christmas gift for my wife. Went to another store first, then Pandora store. Glad I went here. Sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful.
