The salesperson, Eric, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He took a lot of time showing me charms and explaining how to arrange the ones I purchased with those I already have. Also, when I walked into the store, I was greeted with a smile.

I was shopping for someone else, and the assistance was more than helpful. She made it so easy and understandable for me to choose the charms. It was great.

The sales representative Jennifer at Willow Grove mall was very pleasant Jennifer was gentle with her words. She explained herself as she went along. To my surprise I walked in on my son purchasing me a bracelet . By the way my son is autistic. So I say great job to Jennifer, and see you soon..
