I was very satisfied with the service at the location. The sale person was very knowledgable with her merchandise.I was very pleased with my purchase.

I have been to this store several times before buying merchandise. The overall person helping did not know the merchandise at all. I was not happy with her help at all. Brooklyne C no.242047 should know her products before helping someone.

I was satisfied with my pandora experience. I always go to this store to make a purchase. I never had any problems at this store. For my next purchase I will be visiting this store.

Very nice store , a lot of employees but not many willing to help and talking amongst each others instead of gravitating towards customers

service was good. people in store was kind. it was alittle slow. but overall it was good. the employees was nice overall. and the quality was nice and good.

Some of the associates was not friendly at all. I did not feel special. In a reatil store the most important is the customer service. I did not feel welcome.

I came to the store to make a purchase and have my bracelets cleaned. I made my purchase and was told to come back in 45 min to an hr to pick up my cleaned bracelets. I returned in the suggested time and my bracelets had not yet been cleaned. I waited for about 15-20 additional minutes in store, only to get my bracelets back and see that I got a "rush job" and my jewelry wasn't cleaned well. To which the associate said, "Well, it looks better..."

Associate was slow in showing me the merchandise and spoke to me really low like she was having a bad day other than that the store was clean and the displays was nice

Store location was busy with guests. Had to wait in line in order to purchase some gift cards. The sales associate though was very nice, helpful and provided prompt service and assistance to me and my request.

You had to wait a long time in line to be waited on and the sales associate have to really look for the items I was looking for.
