I love Pandora. The whole experience of creating something unique to you. I will most like continue to purchase from Pandora and even give gifts to loved ones.

Came in the store and found exactly what I wanted. Friendly people. Fast service.

Felt like cattle with the line thing. The associate that waited on me is like I use to be. Remind her she doesn’t have to go word for word with the customers. We prefer less, especially if we are unhappy about something. No tissue paper in my gift bag and no cleaning of the pad I had to touch for check out between customers and sales associates.

I always experience very long wait times in line when I visit Pandora. That is my only issue.

Very long wait time. One customer took up the staff time for an hour and still not sure if they purchased something. I stood in line,received service and that customer was still there.
