The internet went down in the mall giving the employees limited access to their system and they were still able to give great customer service! They were also super apologetic regarding the circumstances out of their control.Thanks Neveah and Bora!!

My visit was my daughters 1st gift from Pandora the associate made m daughter feel comfortable and was knowledgeable about the jewelry. Also I love that the store smell clean

Sales person was very nice, friendly and attentive. Daughter first time getting her bracelet and charm and she left the store all smiles. Sales person did a good job for her first purchase at Pandora.We will be back soon.

I like sterling silver jewelry. The designs created from pandora are great as gifts and memories. Hopefully, one day pandora will come out with a bowling ball and pin charm so I can give them to my family since they love bowling.

Sales person was professional and extremely accommodating.

The salesperson Melissa was very friendly and helpful. We were looking for a ring and she suggested different ones and offered different sizes. I also did an online pickup at the store which went very smooth.

We were greeted at the door by staff who were friendly. Lots of sales help. Hence no wait to be served. My requests were heard and acted upon.

The customer service was great from the time I walked into the store. Although the store was packed there was associate there to help me pick out the items I wanted to purchase.
