For some reason, the salesgirl was not able to update an email address. The email I the system was wrong however she was not able to correct it. She spent the first ten minutes focused on that.

While the person who helped me was very friendly, I was a little disappointed with my experience because I was $4 away from getting the discount and the sales-person never gave me the option to increase my spend in order to receive the discount. Also, she was probably the friendliest in the store-- everyone else seemed miserable-- so I am at least grateful for that.

Store did not have the charm I wanted. It seemed that the sales associate was okay with that explanation. Once I asked if they could order it, then the associate was much more helpful. The charm was delivered to my home in a timely manner, and I returned to the store to complete my purchase. I felt that the sales associate could have been more enthusiastic. I believe she knew the product, but was not willing to go the extra mile. It's the holidays, so maybe she was tired.

No reason why I was not highly satisfied. It was just a store visit. I waited in line, my turn came and it was over. Thank you.

Sales person was not, very helpful,no ver knowledgeable of how to help find other purchase.

I waited at the counter for a little bit and it didn’t seem like people were taken in order of waiting. But there were a lot of employees helping.

I was there to pick up a purchase that on my previous visit was not put into my bag and I was not contacted regarding the merchandise that the sales associate forgot to put in my bag. Upon arrival to the store for this visit, I asked to speak to the manager, Bora and was blown off.

Sales,Associate was a little rude and talked down to me.

There was a very long line. It was very Crowded in the store. the line was not very organized.
