The fact that some of the charms I wanted were discontinued was sad. And the amount of choices for the Pandora Me collection wasn’t extensive as others.

The merchandise is the highest quality and there is a huge selection to choose from. The sales people are extremely polite and made every effort to help with my needs when I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. This is only my 2nd time shopping at Pandora and both times the experience was excellent.

Honestly, I was a little unhappy walking in because I was coming to do an exchange. The original purchase I had made was an orange pumpkin that lights up in the dark. I didn’t take the top of the package off until I arrived home and when I did, the item didn’t glow in the dark at all. I read my receipt and it claimed that as long as my item was untouched, in the original packaging and no more than 30 days had passed from the original purchase date that I was able to exchange or return my item. It had only been 28 days and I never removed the item from the packaging, I only looked at it when I removed the top. And even though everything was still in place and on time, the young ladies seemed bothered and tried to go around giving me an exchange. I was highly upset because why should I be forced or coerced into staying with something that I’m unhappy with. Eventually after some time, they exchanged item for me and even cleaned my jewelry.

I don’t give high ratings there’s always room for improvement. The staff was new and when I asked for rings I wasn’t given the full selection.

Pandora has excellent quality, but I prefer the king of Prussia store. Sales people are more friendly and knowledgeable about their product!!!

Being as tho I’m a frequent Pandora shopper and each time I shop I spend at least $500 plus dollars I get no discount no wipe cloth just nothing but spend my money get my purchase and thank you

Some of the cost for what you are getting is a bit excessive. I love pandora but for sterling silver or plated gold jewelry it is a bit costly

None of the customers knew where to go to receive help. There were workers just standing around not saying anything to us. And workers there standing there not assisting us customers.

The store employees were great. This is not towards them. My charm broke. It was given to me as gift. They advised me that I could not get a new one since the charm was not purchased under my name. My Ex purchased it for me a while ago and we are not on speaking terms. My only option was to purchase another one. Just upset that I would need to spend money to replace it when it was a gift. Also really bad quality of the charm.
