More charms need to be created. When I go to the store I normally have the charms already. And it should be clearance trays at all the Pandora stores not just outlet stores.

Associate seemed to be in a rush and store wasn't crowded.

The young lady that helped me was very nice.

It’s 102 degrees and this location had no air conditioning. They should have at least had Bottles of water while people shopped. I went 3 days ago and left thinking it was temporary but when I return it was the same thing

I was not greeted as soon as i walked in the door. When i was greeted the lady, she was nice, but she did not seem to want to work there.

I was pleased with my service, atmosphere and the young lady who helped me.

The associate was helpful but not very enthusiastic. Her demeanor was very bland and she did not ask any questions about what I might also be interested in seeing.

The lady told me she was sending someone to look and see if they had the ring I wanted and we stood there for about 20 mins and no one came back or helped us
