I was satisfied,but when I asked about the free bracelet with my purchase she told me that she didn’t know anything about that and I saw it advertised on TV. Not good

Never received a confirmation email that my order was ready for pick up. Order was placed the night before. Tried to reach the store by phone. Call kept going to voice mail. Called from 0900AM to 0400PM never got a return call. Took a chance and drove 12.6 miles out of my way coming home from work. Was told they were to busy to answer phone??? There was only 1 other person in store on a Tuesday night with six sales associates???I have been to this store before and was highly satisfied!! This time it was the pits. Also sales associate ANNA insisted on seeing my wifes ID after she saw my ID and credit card. IN MY NAME. and I paid for it . I am 69 years old and this I did not understand. It had my wife's name same last name with my credit card with my name and numbers ?? I had to cancel that order and repurchase in my name. Stupid and it made them look like they had something up their sleeve. They need to get there stuff together. Next time I am going to try another store I guess.

We knew we were going in for one specific item but also wanted to shop around for other items. The sales associate who was helping us came off as irritated and inconvenienced that we were asking questions and wanting to see different items. She let out a couple "sighs" which was a turn off. If it wasn't for us not having a pandora store closer to our home we definitely would of left and chose another store.

Could not find me in the system which delayed checking out. My associate was new and needed a little assistance but was still very polite and professional.

Didnt have what i wanted. I had to come back because store was too crowded but when i came back i was served properly. Store was way to small for baby stroller or any wheel chair if need be.

I believe when the ratings consistently are highly satisfied there is no room for improvement. Customer service is not like it use to be, however, Pandora's efforts and training definitely is exhibited through your sales associates. Good Job!

The staff member acted as if I was an inconvenience to help. I was just also told “that’s all we have” when asking about pieces.

I had to return my daughter's moment snake bracelet because the bracelet was defective and would not close.
