When I walked into store - there were several associates working/ some with customers some not , but I wasn’t approached or recongnized- until I said something - manager approached me - took my request then walked away to get an associate - whom I had no idea was sent to assist me🤔🤔. Associate turned out to be very good though.

To be highly satisfied someone or something must do above and beyond what is expected of them. I believe the sales associate did exactly what they were hired to do.

Went on line. The store said it had certain charms. They were not here when I got here.

1. I went online and pulled up in store stock and it said you had certain items but when I went in store I was told it wasn’t there. 2. I had to ask the salesperson because she didn’t know, when she asked someone else, they didn’t know and wasn’t referred to a manager or didn’t try to go to a manager. I still want to come back to the store and make purchases and this time, I’ll ask for a manager.

Nothing is perfect . Plus your selection of purple charms leaves much to be desired

The service was great and and the store was clean and safe. The representative was amazing and friendly gave me some good advice. I was in and out the store less than and half hour

The sales staff was unorganized. She didn’t answer all my questions. I wanted to see the selection in the size of ring to help choose and she just asked me to pick one and I will tell her if they had my size. Then she had to go back and forth so I got tired of it and just finished me transaction and left.
