Sales rep seemed a little agitated.

Called the store for 2 days trying to place an order and to see if the item was available because I live an hour away and no one answer answering machine came on every time. When In store the item online price was cheaper which I told the associate and she shrugged her shoulders and made me pay the store price which annoyed me because she didn’t try to resolve the issue

The store had want I needed, The service was quick and the salesperson was very helpful

My safety chain had broke and i meeded replaced. But I was told that couldn’t be done in store now and I have to call Consumer affairs. So now I can't wear my bracelet.

Found everything was looking for. Sales person was very helpful.

The store did not have the charms that I came to purchase. The representative was nice and patient but she did not make any suggestions or show me anything similar to what I was looking for.
