A particular charm that I wanted was listed in catalog but not available at any store or online. I was very disappointed and feel if this charm is no longer in circulation then it should not be listed in your catalog. The charm is “The Power of Prayer”.

According to online pictures I wasn’t satisfied with the exact charms. A lot of charm experiences asked about we’re not available. There needs to be more social/personal charms available

The staff was extremely nice but I felt rushed to make a choice. I was taking my time to see what I liked and the associate kept saying “how about this…” and it was distracting. I felt she should’ve let me go through my process.

I don’t like standing outside of the store in the long lines, and not being able to walk around to look at the other metMerchandise. I do understand why you guys are doing this for the safety of your customers.

I placed an order online and chose to pickup because I needed it for a gift. My options were given, I chose the closest which was still 12 miles away and when I got there it was closed due to remodeling. The website wasn't accurate so then I had to drive another 12 miles to another location and they wouldn't honor my coupon because they said I already used it at the closed store, which wasn't even much it was just the principle so when I got home I called customer service for a refund on the first order and they say someone at the pickup location has to cancel the order, so I guess it will sit in limbo till they reopen, I am totally dissatisfied with the whole experience.

Everything went well, the ladies really helped me pick out what I was looking for.

Sales associates was pulled away several times to perform other duties, which was distracting to me.

The sales associate was in training and was not ready to be on her own. Very little knowledge of the merchandise.

Everything was good and love the new selections of charms and bracelets

Very satisfied with my purchase as well as the customer service.
