Don’t clean jewelry on the weekends

Had to wait in line outside store 15 or min. More

The line was not long to enter the store. I was given options and suggestions outside of my request. I purchased items for myself which was not the plan.

It is just the wait in line to get into the storre but I understand is due to Covid situation.

I was not highly Satisfied because the store didn’t have a lot of the sale items that were supposed to have been on sale.

I was looking for a particular bracelet and charm and the store did not have either. I was put on a wait list for the bracelet. The charm I was told that I would have to go to an outlet to find.

Had birthday money issued by Pandora that expired less than a week prior, associate wouldn't honor. Check my account/purchasing history and see I'm an excellent customer.

Thé wait in line to enter store. The bracelet I brought as a gift was damaged.

I don't usually place highly satisfied on surveys but I had a great experience at this pandora location.
