Lot of options and very nice environment

The sales rep was rushing and appeared to not know where to find merchandise. The sales rep did not provide the cost individually of the 9 items selected. The sales rep provided total cost in front of me, took merchandise to other side of store and attemtped to bag my merchandise without boxes and I went around the counter and was told the store was out of boxes.

It’s very disappointing to see items advertised (on the wall, inside the show cases, and on the monitor) that are no longer available for purchase.

The sale associate that took care of me while I was waiting on line was fantastic! She helped me because I placed my order at another Pandora but check the Pandora I was at, found the bracelet I needed and helped me place my order! She was awesome!!!

My sales representative was great however We were not able to find precisely what I wanted since I’ve purchased four different bracelets for my mom and over $'3,000 worth of charms and merchandise from Pandora yet my sales representative couldn’t find my last purchase information except for one from last year so that is not only frustrating it’s a little degrading so Pandora needs to do better in those areas otherwise my experience was very nice.

I did not like how the sales assoicate put my silver and gold charm in one box

The store was great. Sales associate was attentive. I do think the quality of the charms have changed in the last year or more. They seem smaller and lighter. I do understand they are being made in a different country than originally. I feel like I can notice a difference.
