I love Pandora jewelry. I always get great customer service every time I visit the Willow Store.

The sales associates were extremely friendly. They helped me out with a lot of questions and even helped me pick out a bracelet for my niece.

Because of a damage item, I was sent a new item in the mail. I needed to return the new item because of size. I was able to return the new item in the store vs mailing it in, which was very convenient, save a lot of time, and I was able to wear my item out the store.

The staff is always so knowledgeable and helpful. They remember me and what I purchased. That is awesome

The associates were very kind and friendly. As soon you come in the store I was greeted and welcomed. They were very patient and eager to assist me with what I needed.

Initially the lady that was helping me was not very helpful. She didn't seem to care what I purchased and everything seemed to be a bother. She had to leave then Shaniya and Zahmir took over. Wow! I felt like my needs were priority. Not only did they get me everything I needed, I ended up making a second purchase as per their advice (2 more charms). I gave their names to my friend as she was planning to stop by Pandora for holiday shopping. Thank you for taking care of me Shaniya and Zahmir. You've made my purchase memorable!
