I needed to exchange my charm that broke. But due to it being a "Last Chance" item, they no longer have it in store.

I was returning an item I purchased on line because it was a gift and you sent it to me in the ziplock bag the charm came in! I am not happy as this was not the first time you all have done this. The last time I went to the store to get a box/bag and was told no. So I came in to return the items. You need to do better with you mail orders. During a pandemic don’t want to go into the mall

Just that before we were able to enter the store it appeared we could Have been let in but we had to wait for some reason

I was highly satisfied with the service and my associate sales person. We waited at the entrance longer than I feel we had to as it appeared the person that was to let us in the store seem to be walking around slowly and I just feel she could have let us in since she was not the one that was going to be helping us.

Designer was friendly and even rearranged my charms for me

Associate/ Designer was friendly, she even rearranged my bracelet which was a great idea 💡 😉 big + and was always smiling 😃

Nothing is perfect. I feel as though satisfied should be sufficient enough. I'm satisfied means to me, I will come back. I don't need to be highly satisfied to come back or recommend someone else to come there.

Sad that you can't get a book. How are you supped to show people what you like?

I placed an order online and I never received an email stating it was ready for pick up, I just happened to be checking my online account. When I got to the store my items were returned and I was unable to get my free charm because the sale was over.
