The lighting in the store helps to make the store very hot. The sales associate that helped me out in the line didn’t finish helping me inside the store, she got distracted with someone else and forgot to finish what she started. Very unprofessional

Long lines to get in. Things were confusing in the store. Representative had trouble entering my email in tablet, she asked me to enter it. She seemed inexperienced.

I was not highly satisfied because what I was looking for was a little expensive. I just wanted a small charm for a gift for my son girlfriend. I only wanted to spend 50.00 and ended spending 78.00 dollars still might return it

None of the charms I went for were in stock, they had older charms in stock of those I wanted, ended up purchasing totally different charms than the ones I went for

The overall experience was ok, there was nothing wrong with it just not anything exceptional

The only problem that I have with my Pandora Heart Clip on is that I had to replace them 3 times at the price of $45.00 and I should have gotten a discount after the first purchase.

I understand that after the holidays, there weren’t a huge selection of charms to choose from, so that kind of took away from my happiness of what I was selecting as a gift for my mother.

The customer service was great
