The holiday process should be revamped for people picking up purchases or exchanging/returning. What was finally done (having an associate come to us in line) was appropriate & should’ve been done from the start, avoiding hours of wait outside the store in a congested area/mall. Our transaction took less than 5 minutes after waiting in a line for over an hour, never reaching the store’s door.

I shopped at the kiosk this time and none of the associates said excuse when they were trying to get into the case.

The price for charms is so high and their were no more choices at that location

The time that the sales rep spend with one customer is way to long. Customer’s were leaving after standing there fir more 20 minutes like myself.

I like Pandora! Very good gift for my friend

The sales rep wasn’t very friendly, she seemed annoyed and as if she didn’t want to be there. When I asked a few questions her replies were with annoyance and attitude.

Overall I was satisfied with my visit but it seemed as is the sales associate was a little frazzled. She took a long time to located my items, and wrapping them took even longer. I ended up wrapping the gifts myself because the sales associate seemed to be rushing and I was not satisfied with the way they were wrapped.

The wait was long due to the other customers ahead of me.

Pandora sells a variety of bracelets! The charms come in a plethora of options. I purchased charms for the wrong bracelet. I was highly upset because one I had to spend more money, and two things aren’t labeled enough maybe charms for each bracelet should be together on the website.
