Their was some thing I wasn’t happy with at the pop up shop. Like they didn’t have a lot of merchandise and what I wanted she had to get fro the big store.

There was a long wait. It was understandable due to Covid. I wasn't able to take my time & look at potential items to buy, I felt rushed.

Sales woman was knowledgeable and professional

My wife and I love Pandora and their selection of merchandise. Our sales associate did not meet the expectation of customer service skills we are used to experiencing from Pandora. Overall, we no issues with Pandora, but this sales associate should get some training on being polite, friendly, and offering quality responses to questions.

Everything was great! The salesperson was very friendly and helpful and store was very clean and safe.

The two Ladies that were finishing up my purchase where helpful. Bagged up all my items individually and labeled which helped a lot. And I added onto my purchase with ease.

Waited in line for 45 mins.

I love Pandora, highly recommend and satisfied with jewelry and the staffs. Great customer service! I had questions and they were answered literally immediately!
