Didn’t have all of the items I was looking for, also i believe the employee was new, she kept needing assistance

I had to wait over 30 minutes outside in a line that was not respecting the social distancing nor wearing their masks the correct way. When a sales associate came out and I told her I was going to probably leave because of the lack of social distancing, she did ask people ahead of me and behind me to move.

I saw the charm in the book for 25 but in the store it was 30. Maybe my book was old but I just received it in August. I also missed out on getting 10 off because in 3 days it told me it had expired. There needs to be more incintive and sales being that the products are expensive

Because the bracelet would not open and they had to cut it off then the replacement they didn’t have i pay $450 for the bracelet and charms how i found out was because I had brought more charms and 3 charms i didn’t get back y’all don’t tell people that some of the bracelet will malfunction i really loved the locket i brought it a reminder for my mom who just passed aways and I was not told anything people pay to much money for the locket not to open and I had to get it cut off my arm so the locket i brought for my mom is gone

All the charms that I really wanted was sold out. One charm in particular wasn't even available as of yet. Overall, the sales associate was very helpful, and patient with me while I searched the catalog for another charm! She also cleaned the charms I was currently wearing.

I went to the Pandora Store to get charms for my bracelet. The line was long and there weren't that many associates in the store. The associates were slow moving. My daughter and I went in for two particular safety clasps and neither was available.
