It took forever and lines were long

My concern was I brought backs item that was purchased there and I wasn’t offer to do a exchange for the item that was damage they gave me information on who to contact because they no longer have that item

When asked about the promotions that was offered online for the last three weeks the store hasn't started the promotion yet and wouldn't honor the one online. I don't drive so it's not easy for me to get to the store, I was very unhappy that the store wouldn't or couldn't honor the promotion. By the time I get back to the store the promotion will probably be done.

Only 3 sales associates and I waited in line over 30 minutes to make my outside purchase which took 5 minutes . Two ladies in front of me purchasing an order did not have face mask on the whole time they were making their purchase making me very uncomfortable.

The quantity/verity of a 16th birthday charm was not good. (One). Don't like on line shopping. I like to see what I want.
