The Covid, waited to long in line.

The wait was too long. Sales Associates all we’re taking breaks at the same time, knowing you have a long line of customers that are complaining

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about merchandise.

The floor outside the store didn't have clear 6ft markers, the system went down,and it took way to long to complete my visit.

The sales associate was getting very impatient with me and my mother when we changed our minds about a charm we wanted she had a problem with it and I asked for a ring that I was purchasing to be cleaned and it never gotten cleaned. Also different items I wanted so wanted tell or show the price because she assumed we couldn’t afford it

There were only two employees and every item that I wouldn’t liked to buy was no longer there

The merchandise was very limited. I had to keep making a second and third choice. Nothing that I wanted was available.

The ring I wanted was not available in my size. Limited ring options for my size.
