Too crowded while it’s supposed to be social distance. But it was a good overall experience. Got what I wanted and got a free charm!

The ladies was friendly! The service was good. And I was able to go in and out without a problem. The sale lady knew ally about the charms o already had on.

Everything was ok. I jus didn’t receive a bag or a box. I need to put my bracelet on wen I’m not using it.

The availability of merchandise. The associate had to keep going back to the safe to check for items that I requested.

Understandably due to COVID-19 the wait to enter the store was pretty long. It would have been useful to have catalogs available for customers in line so they can browse while waiting to make the buying process a bit faster.

Spent over $300 in store and they would not honor my request for a cloth jewelry bag. Sales Associate insisted that I pay $5.00 for the Jewley bag.
