Pandora Jewelry

After I came home and looked at my receipt I was charged for a charm that I didn’t purchase and I wasn’t given the charm that I was charged for.

Great customer service

I felt like the items are overpriced I had to wait in line outsise for about 15 minutes Did not see a lot of charm options

The jewelry is beautiful,The charms are affordable. The staff is friendly and patient. Even when the store is crowed you can find what your looking for.

There was no real reason, i was getting a charm for my granddaughter, they need more than 4 charms that is $25 and not just hearts.

I was not able to exchange my charm for other charm of my choice base on a promotion but it did not state clearly that I couldn't do that until after I had purchased the charms and wanted to exchange it. I left since it did not clearly state that I have been able to do so since it was the store that was not clear and base off customer service

I asked for Happy Birthday charms and were shown only 3 options. I assumed these were the only 3 options available. I did purchase one of the 3 shown but later went home to see what was available online and that were a vast number more of options. It wasn't recommended or suggested nor was I shown a Pandora catalog as an alternative option and I wish that I was because I would have purchased I didn't charm.

I was not happy that one of the charms I was looking for there was only one left in it.

Pandora is not clear on what charms fit what bracelets / bangles when shopping online, which in turn prompted a visit to the store voiding the convenience of shopping online.

The store had a temporary and disheveled feel to it, It wasn't appealing nor inviting at all. The sales associate seemed nervous and wasn't knowledgeable about the items available.
