The sales person i had was nice but not very friendly. She seemed like she didn't really want to help. I think that some of the charms are overpriced.

You had a sale for 50% off, however you had absolutely nothing left. Out of 4 items I picked out, you had OF IT NONE LEFT.

I left my bracelet to be cleaned, but when i returned the bracelet was not well cleaned. I had to clean it with my own cleaner at home. However, the customer service was great.

It was very hot and crowded.

The young last that helped was very patient with me... She always keeps a smile on her face.... And important thing I loved the most she remained humble when customers was getting impatient with waiting

I went in looking for a specific “Pig” charm and it was sold out./discontinued. The other charm similar wasn’t what I wanted. So I ended up picking another charm so I could atleast have something after waiting in that long line.... who wants to stand in line for 30 min and leave empty handed?

Lines to long and the store is small for the girls and consumer to move around

The salesperson did ever thing up to handing me my gift for a friend for Christmas but when I got home to take my receipt out of the bag she did not gift wrap it. I did tell her it was a gift. I am hoping she forgot since other salespeople were wrapping.

The wait time was a bit long but to be fair I'm sure that had to do with the holiday season so I dont think that could of been avoided.
