The store was chaotic due to it being so close to Christmas. The store itself was not as organized as it had been in the past, the sales people were not sure if they had some of the items I asked for or not. Training new employees under these conditions was not an ideal thing it made for more uncomfortable situations.

I really enjoyed shopping at this store. All around great experience. My only discomfort was that one of the clasps I purchased was defective and kept on falling off which sadly has been lost now just a few days after purchase and am going to need to purchase a new one.

Not really a complaint, but there were a ton of customers in the store being that it was the day after black friday. Gina was very helpful and the greeter took down my name to be assisted. all of the merch was clearly labeled by style and price.

I went on black friday and was surprised that the wait wasn't that long they moved pretty fast to get everyone serviced in a timely manner

Young girl who took care of me was super helpful However manager@ the time was not Im talking 2 associate & she rudely interrupted conversation as if telling salesgirl you are NOT to talk to customers. How is she supposed to do her job if she doesnt listen to customer so she can give us ideas on what we want? I was going 2 take my business somewhere else but instead purchased to prove that associate did a well job. But next time I will definitely buy from somewhere else, its not like this was a cheap purchase. Manager could have pretended to ask if she needed extra help if she wanted for her to stop talking to me, not the way she did it. She knows she was wrong. Lacked customer service skills big time.

I had a hard time deciding on pieces and I did not quite find what I was looking for. It was my issue and the salesperson was very nice and patiently spent a good deal of time with me, making suggestions along the way.
