I purchased a bracelet and two spacers. The spacers were said to be one price but after making my selection they were at a higher price. Item prices should be displayed where the consumer can see them.

Unfortunately, I was not able to purchase the items that I wanted due to availability. I wanted to buy a rose gold ring, rose gold necklace, and a silver necklace; but the were sadly sold out. Instead the representative, Nicole, suggested other items which were not what I wanted, but was happy to get anyway. Overall, I am satisfied with what I purchased and the price I paid.

The sales associate was not familiar with the merchandise and where they were located. I had a list of the charms that I came in to purchase so I would not be in the store for a long time but I was still there for some time. The majority of the charms that I had on my list the store did not have but the sales person did not ask if I wanted her to order them even though I showed each one to her since she was not familiar with them.

It’s just because I was promised to get the item by Saturday which was the day before my wife’s birthday but that didn’t happen because something happened and couldn’t be done on that day but fortunately it was resolved the day after .

The assistant was not very friendly. She does not show willingness to provide a good service. She did give price and different options until I asked her.

I asked specifically about a certain charm which was the orchid dangle. The sales associate said it only came in white enamel which is a lie because on the website it is a pink one. That is one sale she missed out on. Also when putting the charms on instead of using the tray she didn’t and unorganized by whole bracelet. The tray is to help the associate keep the charms in order. Also she was not that friendly

I was highly satisfied with the product I purchased, I think for the money I paid the product could have been less expensive.

There were not enough Customer Service Reps for the customers. Wait time for a rep was to long.

The only thing I wish was the after the purchase, the sales associate would have put the charms on. I did it for him.
