my sales person was so polite and helpful

Staff was very helpful but obviously pushing for the sale. Store was being renovated so it was a bit messy. Overall average shopping experience.

I needed to exchange a charm which I received as a gift to a store in PA. The charm was from a store in Texas. Because email and names are not shared between stores, they were unable to look up the purchase. They did permit me to make an exchange, but not without critical comments. I realize that the policy is 30 days, but it was at most 6 weeks and I was on vacation and did not realize I already had the charm until I came home. The salesman was very arrogant and critical of the charm because it was not shiney indicating that it was an old charm. They eventually permitted the exchange which I was grateful for, but overall it was not a pleasant experience and probably will not return to that store at the willow grove mall. The other employees seemed nice, just not my salesman.

Many of the associates were unfriendly. They simply stood in front of the displays, despite seeing customers trying to look at all the products. They did not move when they saw me approach the glass to view the rings. I believe as an employee, it should be obvious to move out the way. They were also giving a lot of attitude to the associate who helped me.

I was very pleased with the first time my visit in Pandora and yes I will come again
