The store was so crowded. Not enough Sales Associates. It was no order, If I did not eyeballs this guy leaving/cashing out, I would still be standing off to the side. A lot of people just leaving because it wasn't enough help.

Did not have Charmsand Clips that I was looking for. Associate was very friendly and helpful, but could tell he was new and a little unsure. Trays of charms were not in the correct places, so it made it more difficult for him to find what we wanted.

The prices are too hight and the quality is not what you expect

I was highly satisfied with the sales rep, he was nice and knowledgeable of the merchandise. I wasn’t waiting long for assistance. Not did my purchase a long process, I knew what I wanted before I arrived.

Somethings were too expensive.

I waited more tha 15 minutes for assistance because associates were busy with other customers

The bracelet I purchased broke the first day I wore it.

The customer service reps were stand offish and not very enthusiastic. If I didn’t come in the store knowing what I wanted, I would’ve been more offended. The store steamed cluttered.

I am very satisfied with my experience with this location.
