Pandora Jewelry

The sales assistant didn't know we're the merchandise was located in the cases and all of the sale items wasn't together on one tray and you had to look at the list to see what was on sale.

Probably due to the volume of customers as it was X-mas Eve.

Inside the store was hot. I almost walked back out.

When I have visited this Pandora store, the sales associates have always been very helpful & knowledgeable. They have offered suggestions & options in making my decision on what to purchase. In general. I always find something to purchase there with their help and guidance.

The prices for the bead charms are quite high.

Was just not highly satisfied with all satisfaction but overall I will return to pandora

The black Friday deal was not that good to attract to buy more stuff.

Has to wait a long time in the line before able to get into the store. Sales associate had to wait to get a computer to check me out.

I was happy with everything except there was no charm for "husband". Also, I thought I was going to receive a booklet with all the different charms, but the sales person forgot and so did I. Otherwise. very happy with everything.

There is always room for improvement
