I brought back a leather bracelet that broken. I did not have a receipt because I had purchased it quite a while ago. The sales associate looked up my card purchases and couldn't locate where I purchased the bracelet. I came to the conclusion that I purchased it at the outlet store and the main store doesn't link up with the outlet store purchases. Therefore, I couldn't return/exchange my broken bracelet that clearly was a Pandora purchase. What can be done to resolve this issue?

When I first walked in I wasn't greeted. I waited a few minutes while an associate made eye contact with me and still didn't greet me. So i walked over to him and asked was there a sign in sheet. He said he didn't know. He may have been new. He was with another associated that was helping a customer. Then he anted like he didn't want to help me. After that I was annoyed so I walked around for a while until someone helped me. While I did that he and the other associate and a customer began talking about me as if I wasn't less than 3 feet away. I thought that was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. You should NEVER talk about a customer on the sales floor. I was getting ready to leave when Jennifer V no. 160637 helped me and the manager Eric came over as well and offered assistance and told me about the upcoming promotions. They were very nice and helpful.

I was looking for a bracelet and they didn’t have it in my size

I went into the store and purchased the wrong item when I returned to the store the next day the item I wanted that I saw the day before was not available and their were no others in stock. Even was more upset when I wanted to purchase items pertaining to my sons health and their are no Sickle Cell Anemia charms. I had to purchase a Disney red charm, I see other health charms and I think that Sickle Cell Anemia should be a thought within charms.

1. I didn't see a sample of the bracelet I wanted in the display. 2. Some items I had to ask for to see them; i.e., they were not visible w/o getting assistance. 3. Not a lot of variations/display on mixing colors, sizes, stones, etc. (and I wanted t see what that would look like.)

I was not highly satisfied because of the employees in the store. The employees seemed to be more focused on inventory than helping me, the customer. I had to find someone and ask them to assist me after waiting for someone to approach me. When they were with me, they seemed bothered that I asked them to get jewelry out of the cabinet for me.
