I was satisfied. The line was very long. The store seeds to be bigger to accommodate the large influx of customers.

The store was.very crowded the sales associates were very nice but the wait was just to long about 20-30min. Because of the wait I felt like I should have been given 10%off or something since everything in the store was on sale except the item I bought. The associate told me that item would never go on sale

Christmas rush. Very crowded. Could barely hear associate speak. Counter very crowded. Felt rushed. Not sure daughter will like what I picked for her.

Everything was wounderful

For the most part, it was awesome. But merchandise wise, there is too many retired charms. For example the Italian heart flag, among other retired ones.and more Disney princess ideas. And more lil girls selections, from bracelets to earrings. Thanks, and happy upgrades

Everything went we'll until it was time to gift wrap my item. The sale associate clearly cut the paper too small and tried to fix it with many little circular Pandora tags. The corners were all sticking up. A very sloppy job. The store was empty. I was the only customer. I come to Pandora for the full experience. Last year I bought many gifts simply because of all the bells and whistles as far as presentation goes. This is what sets Pandora experience a part from the competition. Of course I re-wrapped my item.

My experience at Pandora was nice and informative. I was looking for a specific charm that they do not stock and should (The Puerto Rico charm).

I am just extremely hard to satisfy. As stores go, Pandora has wonderful associates and I really have no complaints

Most of the rings and charms that I was interested in were out of stock. But the sales associate was very kind and took her time to help me find something that matched the style that I liked.
