Sale associate told me the earring and necklace set was $80 but once she checked me out my total was $296! She didn’t even apologize for her lack of knowledge of the merchandise. $80 to $296 is a BIG difference!

I was service with the sale rep and didn’t not make a purchase right away.I feel the sale rep make me feel pressure to buy the item because she was getting ready to go on her break and she was trying to make her sale from me.Then she left to go on her break.I didn’t like her attitude,I feel rush so she can take her break.After she left , I decided to make my purchased but a different rep plan to sell me the item but the male manager told one of the staff she cannot sell me the item because is was the first girl rep sale.And I have to wait for the girl to come back from her break.An me being a customer I didn’t need to hear the staff making a sale and credit off my sale.Is seem vey unprofessional and desperate for sale.Very disappointing with store staff and manager.Will not be returning back to that location for my next purchase.

Service personnel intentionally denied me Pandora deals knowing the amount I spent warranted one. Truly unfair to treat customers like this who spend over $500.

The salesperson needs some help in customer service. i came in explained that i was looking for one of the new valentine charms for $25. she stated that she didn’t think there were any for 25 I told her there was and after she verified with a gentleman who was either the manager or a lead salesperson she agreed there was a $25 charm. i almost felt as if she was calling me a liar. She was not engaging and to top it off she never said that i you after i made a purchase. Had she been my first experience with Pandora i would not be back. She needs to be properly trained

The girl mustve been new. TOok a very long time to find what i asked for. I understnad the process but it's very difficult when you're not really "allowed" to browze to see items, as people are assigned an area to stand. I also bought a set that is actually cheaper if i bought it separately, which i would have though the sales associate would have known.
