The sales associate was a bit rude when I was looking for rings with my partner. When I asked to see one, she stated” can you just tell me what you like, I’ll grab it” I stated I don’t know what I like, I said can I see the book? She said “um, you can look in the store. After rushing my purchase, I asked for a box she said she didn’t have one but gave another customer a box. I just purchased my gift and left.

The store was not clean. Correct pricing were not on wall displays. Displays in the case were not stacked neatly and no pricing listed on charms

The sales associate seemed as if she didnt know the merchandise. I had to keep showing her the book and giving her the product numbers. Her machine went dead during the transaction and we had to do it all over again. I just didn't have a good experience yesterday.

Staff the last two times i have visited this location just seem annoyed and inconvenienced assisting you. It makes you feel very uncomfortable.

I purchase really expense charms that break and when you try to have your issue resolved its not covered in the store policy you have to contact a 800 which is more of a hassle when charms are purchased there should be something set in place for charms that break because they shouldnt break at all

I called last week and then again the day I went to the store to ask if they had a sneaker charm for a runner. They confirmed both times that they did. When I got there, the associate pulled out a baby shoe and put it on the pad for me to look over. I told her I wanted a sneaker. She said that this was the only shoe they had. I explained that I just spoke to someone that morning who confirmed that the store did have what I wanted. She asked another associate who told her to look in hobbies. She found one and just put it on the pad without making any comment at all. Not the kind of customer service I would expect from a Pandora store. On a positive note, they did have ample staff to handle a steady stream of customers.

We ordered online and we were told when we arrived the order would be ready. My co-worker confirmed, but when we arrived the young lady couldn't find the order in the computer. I was in a bit of a hurry but really wanted another charm. The salesperson made me purchase them one at a time and really didn't seem to know the merchandise or where it was located. I was late getting back from Lunch.

Pop up store line was long, which was ok because it was expected due to it being Close to Mother’s Day. Sales associate serviced two people behind me in line (a return and a purchase) while I waited for over an half an hour to be called to the counter.

SLOW MOVING, DIDN'T HAVE WHAT ADVERTISE. ASSOCIATE VERY SLOW LEFT US ALONE FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. DIDN'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WE WANTED.
