They didn't have the type of gold plated charms I was looking for.

my friend gave associate her bracelet to removed charms to another bracelet one charm was missing when it was returned,all associate said was that she did not see the missing charm.

I wasn`t completely dissatisfied however the sales associate wasn`t very knowledgeable and didn't offer a lot of suggestions like I'm accustom to receiving when i visit this particular store. I guess she was new and we all have to learn.

There is not great selection on gold charms. There was only 1. Also there was a very long wait but there werent that many customers.

I was told me stand in another line if I knew what I wanted to purchase. Well, the line I got out of moved much quicker than the line that was suppose to move faster. I wished I had stayed in my original line because I could have finished my purchase about 40 minutes after

The sales associates was not open to helping me find the items I was looking for in my price range. I also spend over 150$ and received the promotional free bangle the associate gave me a too small bracelet and did not attempt to help me find something fitting my needs. She was rude and discouraging from supporting Pandora Willow Grove again. I am a frequent shopper at the location.

I received the email about receiving a free bangle bracelet (the one with the moon and star on it) with the purchase of $125 or more. I made the purchase but they didn't have that bracelet, they have a different bangle available. I took it but I really wanted the other bracelet.

No real direction for cardholders & pop up location way to tight for social distancing :/

Well the young lady helping me really had no clue of the merchandise in the store she walked around the store looking for one specific charm and it was right in her face.... I had to point it out to her... And the when I got home they added a clip opener without even asking me... $ 10 just added to my bill... I didn’t even mention anything to them about a clip /charm opener .... JUST RUDE !!!!

The sales rep made an unnecessary remark about my age & another rep was inappropriately dressed, She had a light colored Bush with a sheer sweater on & no Bra Could see her nipples !!! Too much!
