I had to wait almost an hour to get into the store to purchase two items. I knew exactly what I wanted and it could have been much quicker if one of the associates did a triage of the line of customers. I was a bit disappointed that the first four choices of charms that I wanted were not in stock. If I didn't need the two charms for a gift that day I would not have waited in that line. If I was just without knowing exactly what I wanted I would have definitely went to a different jewelry store.

The sales associate allowed customers to bust the line and get serviced before customer like myself was serviced and I was in the line first and so were other customers.

I was given a gift my daughter miss placed receipt she myself and son in law have purchased many ideas I that store and none of our names came up in the system. Should not be possible .so I had to exchange for same item for size .Not what I wanted to do but had to . Not happy at all!!!!

Merchandise behind the counter is just randomly placed in boxes. Associate has to rummage through to find the items . Wastes a lot of time.

Didn't mind the long line, but as we stood in the long line each potential customer was asked by an Associate what they were looking for during this visit. Se entered our responses in her device and I was told that the item would be waiting for me when it was my turn to enter the store. Unfortunately, it did not happen that way. After standing in line for about 20 minutes, when it came my turn I was told that the store did not have the item I wanted. I was very disappointed because I could have tried one of the other nearby locations in the area. Although I made another choice, it is not what I wanted.

Your store is known for selling great charms to build a bracelet full of memories. However, the layout just stinks. trays are stacked on top of each other so that only the top try is visible and you can't really browse without a sales associate's help. Why you do not have rotating shelves or more stuff placed on the walls is interesting. Given your poor set up, your store setup does not encourage people to come in and browse. Congratulations, you sell a lot of merchandise....but your store layout reaks of a second year design student's project.

I returned 2 charms because I had received 2 similar ones and didn’t neeed any more along with the receipt I brought them back only to find out I could only get a store credit and not have the money put back on my card. Very unhappy

Could not view products easily. Sales person did not put out or display the products for easy viewing. Sales person did not even have a pad to place the products on or in to see them. I feel sales person was inexperienced. I did not feel like a preferred customer.

Looking for non-bead bracelets but VERY limited selection. Had a nice choice at Christmas and went back for a birthday gift and almost none available.
