Sales associate push me off to another associate to help someone who was being helped already.

I’m in sales and been doing it for a long time. But when I went into your willow grove store and the king of pressia store. I have notice that your not hiring the right people do the job. I think you need to fix it or I’m going to shopping at pandora.

The first two charms I picked were not in stock. Made an on the spot decision for a charm because of timing. Then the ring I wanted they didn't have in the size I asked for so I went a size up in hopes that it will fit.

Wrong discount was applied to my order, was rushed through and had to wait in line again to receive correct discount

Because I don't have Pandora, I didn't realize you had to give your name to an associate and was asked to wait outside the door until called. WOW! Never again

The associates weren’t readily available nor was the store fully stocked with merchandise!

It felt as if I was being judged on if could afford anything in the store, at first but then she seem to warm up a little.

I was exchanging a ring I received as a birthday present. The sales person was very transactional and not really friendly. I don’t know if the sales people are commission based but it felt as though she wasn’t being nice because i wasn’t going to be spending any money

I wasn't impressed with the selection. They associates didn't know how to ring up the promotion so I had to wait. I wanted it gift wrapped and one of the associates that was helping the person who was assisting me was very hesitant. I explained that they wete gifts. And the store wasn't busy. I was the only customer in the store.

IAM CAME THERE TO EXCHANGE BANGLE AND CHARM THAY WERE GIFTS AND I HAD RECEIPTS ONE WAS PAST 30 I WAS IN HOSPIAL AND THE OTHER NO REASON WAS GIVEN WAS TOLD TO KEEP BRACELET AND CHARM JUST WANT GIFT CARD FOR LATTER REFUSED
