I bought a double bracelet last November as a Christmas present for my sister. The clasp kept opening up. She lost a few charms when it fell off this last time. We took it to the store. They said it was over the year warranty and gave us a number to call to see if they would replace it. I was very upset they would not replace it. My sister was better than I was and went on to buy a ring.

Well the sales associate was not even helpful not one bit. I asked for help and an opinion as i always do and she was clueless. I know she wasn’t new so I was shocked with her performance.

I have made many purchases from Pandora but I was given a set of hoops and I lost one this year I just purchased three sets of earrings and one pair was 95 dollars I put them on and I the same day I lost one I took the other one off and check the lock and it is not secure I have another set but plan to return for refund u have to make the locks more secure on the hoops not worth losing money

I was not satisfied because I spent $150 and I was supposed to receive a free bangle if I spent that amount and never got it. I was told that bangle advertisement was over however the web site otherwise false advertising

I went for the free braclet special and they were only offering the rose gold at a $350 purchase because they were out of the silver one. They weren't offering any substitutions. I spent $137 and had to go online and spend another $150 to Receive my free bracelet.

The associate who assisted me with my purchase was not helpful at all and rude. Did not offer me a selection of charms to rude & the manager Anna had a very nasty attitude towards her staff that I witnessed. I had to ask the associate several times to view charms and he would get aggravated. I only left with 3 charms and my intention was to buy more than that but I couldn’t stand to be in the store any longer.

I prefer buying jewelry in person, but the employees are zero-friendly so now I prefer buying online. They act as if they are doing you a favor by showing you the merchandise. Terrible experience every time that I go in person.

The sales associate was horrible. She wasn’t knowledgeable about the merchandise and told me that my visa gift card did not work in that store. She continuously asked her colleagues for help and was not friendly at all. She needs more customer service training. She was AWFUL!! Worse experience ever at Pandora!!

I ordered online for pick up in store. The item was ready and available but when you order online you are not entitled to a box. This was a gift and the item in a little plastic Ziploc bag looks like junk so I had to return to the store and request a box. I was not able to get a box because it was an online order so I had to return the item and re-purchase. Two trips to the store and I have difficulty walking with a cane. A gift needs a box I don’t want it to look like a five dollar junk item when I give it to someone

Although the wait was very long (it would be nice if there was at least one sales associate who took the people in line who knew what they wanted and just wanted to be in and out quickly), all the staff were patient and friendly. My biggest issue is that there are less than 10 charms to choose from for the flat bracelet—the reflections, I think. I understand primarily providing what’s popular; but it is completely unfair that I cannot get any new charms for an expensive investment I made at Pandora.
