The store AC were not working and they didn’t have enough fans to circulate air. It was so hot inside and wasn’t a pleasant experience taking time to choose all the pendants to make a bracelet. The rep didn’t even give me a box or anything, she just handed me the receipt and didn’t say thank you or goodbye. This was one of the worst experience I had in shopping at a jewelry store.

Basically, my charms are fading...was told to call customer service or come back back a deep cleaning between Monday and Thursday...I work also..and that is not accommodating to me after spending so much money at this store

I was there to exchange a charm that I bought online the month before. With exchanging the charm, I also bought a charm. The associate placed both the new charm and ring in the same box that I brought in with me and did not give me a Pandora box for the ring nor a Pandora bag.

I was suppose to receive my receipt in my e-mail but I didn’t. I spent $400 and some odd dollars plus a$50 something odd dollars and I didn’t receive my email

The associate Alysha was useless. She offered no suggestions when asked. He knowledge of the merchandise didn’t exist. When asked if someone else could help we were told she was good. We were in the store almost 3 hours. Finally Eric came to help us. He was wonderful and helped tremendously. Had we started with Eric, we would heave needed 1/3 of the time.

The manger and staff was very dry and not friendly at all! The associate helping me was ok but needed a lot of assistance from the manager who was not eager to help. Her disposition was rude!
