My charm broke, I wanted to exchange it, since it was more then year I wasn't able to replace it. There should not be a time line on your expensive charms to replace a detective broken charm. And I had a receipt

Could not purchase online due to time constraints, so I went to the store to purchase. If I had made my purchase online I had a 10% off promo the the store WOULD NOT HONOR.

The Sales person Perla-Masiel F No. 198287 was very unfriendly and acted as she was annoyed with me although I didn't ask many questions or took much time to select and complete my purchase. If she was more friendly, I would purchase additional charms...but I just wanted to leave the store.

We had to wait in a line outside the store. Every other store in the mall was open. 2 customers ahead of me, but it took nearly 30 minutes to get inside. Once I told the salesperson what I wanted, she took it out and it was too small. I had called ahead to make sure they had it in stock, but was not told it was the smallest size.

Had a return from Aruba and I had a gift receipt and the actual receipt and was told they couldn’t find it in the system and the prices were different. It took way too long and then they wanted the email. Eventually, some 30 minutes later they found a workaround, but it was frustrating to say the least, especially since I inquired about returning it in the US because it was a gift. I kept the bracelet and returned the charmed and used the refund toward a purchase. Also I received a birthday code and it didn’t work so they discounted it differently. Not my best Pandora experience to say the least.

When I entered the store there were two available associates and no one acknowledged me. The associate look like she was tired and they were not friendly at all.

The salesperson was rude and unhelpful. When we asked for a specific product, she said it was "online" only. Another clerk heard the exchange and indicated that the product was indeed in their store, retrieved it, and then our clerk put the two charms on the glass-- not even into a velour box to show us. Then, we asked about bracelets vs. necklaces and the clerk didn't know the products. We asked for a specific item and she acted like it was a great effort for her to go to the case to get it. If we didn't need this for a graduation gift, we would have left the store without purchasing it.

I was so mad that my necklace is defective this was the 3rd one so I decided not to get the same one again the one I purchased originally cost 64.99 but I had gotten a discount so it was 45.99 and the new one was 55 I had to pay the difference because they said they wasn’t able to honor my discount due to it being more than 30 days do I had to pay 13.51 of my own money which was a mess

The packaging was very cheap looking had to stop at a gift shop near by to get a better bag it was not the usual pandora packing had to wait outside the store for awhile before getting any help not a lot of stuff to choose from for what I was looking for
