I bought the bracelet as a gift online. It was hard understanding the sizing, I ordered what I thought was the right size after measuring my wrist but it was too small. When the gift came in, it was in an ugly box that I could not use to give as a gift. It would be nice if Pandora included their signature bag and tissue paper in the package when you specify it is a ‘GIFT” at checkout.

The sales associates were not at all informative on the regular line vs the VIP, which caused a lot of confusion in the very long line waiting outside the storre.

The store was a bit overcrowded. I feel I was rushed to pick what I wanted as managers continued to come over and talk with my sale associate and asked was I finished. I had to continually ask to see different trays of charms as I wasn’t given the option. I was asked if I knew what I wanted. When informed no, sale associate seems annoyed and rushed me with my purchase. I was not satisfied with the service at this particular Pandora. I would not recommend this particular Pandora or visit again.

I was not satisfied because the store i went to had absolutely no shine/gold charms. All they had left was two gold clips. So that's the only thing I was able to purchase.

the sales ppl rush you. I don't like to be rushed. It seemed to me as if I wasn't able to look at merchandise nor look around. juat what she put out in front of me. I have anxiety very bad this made it worse. I did spend 268. dollars yet I still us very un satisfied.

The wanted to purchase a bracelet for my 7 years old birthday and told the associate that I asked her did she have anything that said happy birthday and she showed me a slice of cake charm that I assumed said happy Birthday and went I got home I noticed it said congrats!

The young lady needed help finding the charm. She wrapped my charm horribly. She definitely was not very knowledgeable.

I wasn’t satisfied because once I was told I could enter the store, the store didn’t look clean. They offered handsanitizer at least but my charm I selected the women dropped it in the floor and tried to play it off like nothing.

I came to purchase a charm i saw advertised in a email i had received. Upon doing the return i noticed the "O" Necklace just came in with the pink base. So i exchaged the one i had and proceeded to purchase the purple charm i saw. When it was time to do the exchange and purchase i presented my credit. as she went to ring it up the portable computer she was using crashed. when she tried to ring it up again, it showed that the credit was used. After 15 min of her going back and forth with management it was not able to be used. At this point i stated im going to be late for work, lets just cancel everything. I felt like they didn't care about my time and kept working on the solution which was in a very non-chalant way. I finally walked over to the manager and said in a annoyed voice "I REALLY NEED TO GO, IM GOING TOBE LATEFORWORK!" Her response was Lisa im sorry I'm not sure what the problem is why dont you just pay for the items and we'll credit you when we figure it out. Its been since THURSDAY and i still dont have a credit. i received one phone call on Saturday saying its still not working yet. Im really disappointed in this service.
