I ordered 2 items online for in store pick up and I received an email saying it will be ready in 6-8 hours, I never got another email so the following day I went to the store to pick up my order only to find out after waiting 45 minutes that they could not find it even though it says it was in stock. I was also told I couldn’t exchange it either I had to cancel the order for the missing item and they gave me another item which Will do but I wanted the other item. My other issue was the fact the charm I brought seemed much smaller than I expected it to be for the price I paid as well but being so close to the holiday I had no choice but to take it.

Once waiting in line for over 45 min. They sales people were rude , disorganized, not knowledgeable at all. I asked about the 2020 ornament and the free gift if ordering a certain amount t . Sales person was clueless

The line was very long. The sales associate had us waiting in the line without acknowledging the fact that we were out there waiting 20 plus minutes. Due to COVID I understand everyone can’t be in the store all at once but for my first experience at pandora I was highly unsatisfied.

The line was extremely long which was expected however the sales associates were not moving with any effort to cut the line down or to get to the next customer. They were basically just taking their sweet time.

I was not satisfied with the level of speaking. And the sales person did not have many selected items pulled out. I had to settle for what she put out on the board it was not what I was looking for!

Unfortunately I had to do curbside due to Covid19. I was told to come into the store( wrong! Mall is closed) and after 3 calls I could not get a receipt sent to me. At pick up I needed to call to find out where to go as mall is closed. Asked them to print me a receipt. When delivered to car I was told receipt was re sent via email. I still don't have it!!!!!!!

Associate was snarky at the beginning of the encounter. Bracelet charm was thrown into the box with the usual/standard ribbon securing the charm in the box. The store is very cramped and difficult to move around in.
