Salesperson was totally disinterested in product Offering no help other than what I asked. Very unenthusiastic attitude about pandora products. On prior visits sales people always offer suggestions and actually show interest in helping.

I purchased a new charm and also asked for my bracelet and charms to be cleaned. My bracelet and charms were returned to me without being cleaned and I was told that they were. Looking at it and right away I noticed it wasn’t cleaned at all.

The sales rep was like a robot. One charm at a time. I asked to see certain charms but yet i was treated like a theif. This is the second purchase i made at a Pandora store within 4 days. Totaling over $275.

The store is small and was crowded when first arrived. Added my name to a waiting list but ppl that walked in after me were waited on first. This was my first experience with Pandora.

If a customer has to ask for their Pandora jewelry to be cleaned before adding new charms! Even if I didn't buy charms, if it's not busy it would be nice to be asked! I did ask the girl and she just didn't do it!

I purchased a certain clip and wanted two but there was only one in the store. They told me that there was one available but they have to wait fir their person to visit the store. That was on May 28th 2018! If I didn’t want a certain clip fir my rose gold bracelet I would return the items which I spent over two hundred dollars on!

Store was very crowded...not enough sales associates available...when I did finally have a sales associate to work with, she was clearly inexperienced and did not know where anything was in the store...the book that contained the sales merchandise was inaccurate...many of the items I wanted to purchase were unavailable but not marked as such in the book...

I had been waiting to be served for 5-6 minuets and the sales associate ignored me and attempted to serve someone who had only just arrived in the store , his supervisor had to shout across the store for him to help me first , he still didn’t want to serve me , but she insisted , no apology from the staff member but I did thank the supervisor for her instistance
