SALES LADY WAS RUDE TO ME BECAUSE I ASKED HER CAN SHE PUT MY CHARMS ON MY BRACELET. SALES LADY SAID TO ME ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO MAKE ME TAKE ALL THE CHARMS OFF TO PLACE THE NEW ONES ON TO HOW I WANTED THEM TO PLACE ON MY BRACELET. SHE KEPT ROLLER HER EYES AT ME AND SAYING REALLY. I THINK IT WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER TO REACT LIKE THAT TOWARDS CUSTOMERS THAT COME IN THE STORE.

Sales associate was nice, but didn't offer me a bag or pouch without me asking& I did to get a box because they were out of them. So I don't have a box for my bracelet, which I'm not happy about. Also some items weren't available at the store

I went in knowing what I wanted. There was a wait which was really expected for the time of year. I was assisted by a friendly associate. I went for a promotional item which we put aside to insure that I received them. I asked for 2 of a certain charm (2017) that she said they didn't have. so I choose a similar item. Then I saw the charm I requested that she said they didn't have. I asked her if I could get the display one and she said oh that one. She proceeded to a cabinet and got one still leaving the one I saw in the display so I only got 1 of the 2 I originally requested. I proceeded to the check out and their was an issue with my credit card. it took about 25 minutes on the phone for the issue to be resolved. Meanwhile a person came in and stated that he received an "empty" box and was missing a bracelet. SO I checked out my packages and I too was charged for an item that was not in my bags. I am very reluctant to return to that store that shouldn't happen often yet twice while I was there. I also called and left a early on the 6th and I received a call 2 days later so I would have missed the promotion.

I can't remember my sales associate but she was not very personable. She did not let me know about the exclusive holiday charms (another associate had to tell my daughter and I). She wasn't knowledgeable of the products by my standards. There was an exclusive piece that came in a beautiful round case that was $85.00, which she did not mention. It took my daughter to show me the piece, then another sales rep went into detail about the piece while the rep that was suppose to be helping us exchange cell phone information when she should have been helping us and processing my purchases. She did not provide quality customer service. Her focus was on having small talk with other reps in the store. Unfortunately, I found her to be very unprofessional. I know about professionalism when it comes to customer service as I serve as a Quality Assurance Manager for a major call center. I was going to let a supervisor know but I had my daughter with me and did not want to show my frustration. I do not have my receipt on me at this time or I would provide her name or id# because she eventually rung me up.

Found out after I️ purchased a gift that there were many more beads that were not on display. Of course most of them being the more affordable ones. The associates did not seem to want to help us either.

The associate stole a charm from my bracelet. I went to the Pandora store located at the Willow Grove Mall to get my bracelet cleaned and to purchase a charm. The associate that waited on me said I had 4 charms on my bracelet before she took it away from the counter to get it cleaned for 45 minutes, she did not count each charm, she just said the number. Also, she did not take a picture of my bracelet in front of me. Most people don't count their charms so I trusted what she said. When I got my bracelet back, the "Friends are the Family you Choose" charm was missing (the charm my deceased friend purchased for me). I am very upset and disappointed the associate swindled me out of a charm. How many other customers did she swindle and they did not notice a charm missing? After this experience, I do not trust the employees at this store.

The store representative “Ava” was very unprofessional. I purchased a necklace that totaled $196 and change. She began to rant to another employee about her ex boyfriend who cheated on her which didn’t make much sense. She gave me the option of a pink or white box but didn’t disclose it was $5 extra. I am not upset that it was $5 I’m upset because I wasn’t told it was costing me extra. On top of all this I spent more than $150 which I should have been given a free bracelet and I was not until after I overheard it from another store associate working with another customer. I then was given the bracelet & the box & bag I was given was not well put together like the other customers. There was 1 piece of pandora tissue paper in the bag. The tiny box that holds the necklace was put into the $5 box I purchased and shook around with no tissue paper in there. The gift box was placed inside the bag with 1 piece of tissue paper. The presentation of the bag & box was not what I expected. I watched other sales associates put tissue paper inside the gift box and a lot more inside the bag.

We were the only customers in the store. Two sales associates and the store manager. The associate (probably new or not trained) had no idea what he was doing. I asked to see beach themed, he showed me a star charm. I was running back and forth in the store trying to find what I needed. The manager kept telling him to “get a tray”. She shouldve stepped in and helped. I expressed that I was pressed for time and wasn’t receiving proper service. If I wasn't buying a gift I would've walked out. I would never go to that store again. Never. That associate was clueless. Sad. The manager.. terrible.

The associate did not seem to want to help me. She was distracted by taking to a guy outside of the store. When you have a customer, they should get your undivided attention. I explained several times that this was a gift. She didn't give me a bag for the bracelet and she just threw the items in the bag and didn't do it neatly. After I told her that it was a gift. I had to fix it myself. She did not say thank you for my purchase or ask me to come back. She didn't over suggestions. She was real nonchalant. She wasn't very friendly. I will never go back to the Willow Grove Pandora again. I normally go to King of Prussia but I was in the area.
