The staff was rude no help as they talkt to oneanother

I walked in the store and wasn’t greeted. I thought nothing of it and decided to look around. A few moments later, a man walks in. He was greeted and helped while I hadn’t even been greeted at all. One of the associates, then saw my reaction to not being helped and decided to come help me, but by that time I had a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up making a purchase, but I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience given the things at this establishment is affordable but not cheap. I asked for corporate support and I expressed being upset about my experience briefly while at the store however, I don’t appreciate how I was treated. If someone please could contact me that would be greatly appreciated!

I purchased the letter P and when you reverse it it's a lower case q. I want it to show the side with the clear stones on it in my nane

The sales people were not friendly . They just stood there offering no help. I had questions that no one could answer .

During my visit my sales associate was extremely nice and knowledgeable, the seasonal manager bumped me so hard she caused by bag to swing back and hit me. When I brought it to her attention she did not apologize she looked at me and kept going. I feel like if a manager mistreat the customers eventually the employees will do the same.

Zamir rushed through my sale like he didn't want to be bothered with me and over charged me for items I didn't purchase and he lied about current promotions. He was training Ana who is listed on my receipt. I don't find her at fault, she was doing what she was told.

The store representative that was in charge of my purchase acted as she was doing me a big favor and not her job while I was dealing with her .

I felt very rushed. I spent 275 dollars for a 12 yr old first pandora . wanted to make it very special. I was being very rushed. She was taking out the product on peoce at a time. I asked her pls your rushing me and I don't like to be rushed. the enute sales from walk in to finish was less than 12 mins. on lines at all only one other customer at the store. she was just rushing me .
