The assistant manager was disrespectful to me I felt her voice tone and body gesture was not professional. I was not happy with her helping the sales associate. Was upset and the sales associate apologized for her .I left called back to complain

The store has no availability of the items I wanted or needed. They also did not check to see if any other store had the item . They just stated they did not have it.

The first associate who asked me I needed help sent me to someone else due to her wanting to be in conversation with the other associates. After completing my order they didn’t ask if I wanted to see something else, granted I was not even done. My daughter asked for earrings and the associate walked away, I asked my daughter which one did she want, the associates about 7-8 were all in a group looking at pictures on a phone I had to to back to counter to get someone to help me with getting the rings my daughter wanted. Never will I return to this store, the females at the store were not good at customer service, let alone friendly. I understand the pandemic has taken a toll on things but this store needs better customer service. Willow Grove store lost me as a customer and I have been a loyal customer and card holder well over 8 years.

Customer service is horrible. Very condescending sales associate. In the middle of me receiving service and asking questions she starts responding to a text on her Apple watch. When done she placed my receipt on counter and started talking to someone else. I didn't even realize that she was finished with me. Managers don't care. They're rude so I expect their employees to be also. I shop at Pandora a lot. I will stick with online. Also I was not allowed to use my student discount with no reasonable explanation. Horrible experience

It said online that they had a charm in stock and when i got to the store they said they had six and the girl couldn’t find them and then just gave up and said they didn’t have them.

Willow grove doesn't have a good system like cherry hill. There's 2 lines 1 for in-store shopping and online orders. Willow grove always has a line doesn't matter the time of year. Sometimes a manager walks out asks about online orders sometimes they don't I witness this several different times they make up rules as they go. No system what so whatever. There selection is limited nothing ever in stock. Also sometimes they are friendly and on 2 separate occasions the Manager acts as if she never seen me. I'm a frequent shopper There.

Went to your Willow Grove store after looking online for a ring. Got to the store, while there was no one in there and three employees had to wait a little bit. No big deal. Bought the ring but prior to buying asked if it could be put in an ice bag with a bow. I was told sure. After I bought the ring, it was presented to me in a little white bag without Pandora on it and no bow. I said really no bag to which she said they were out of bags. I said really because I asked you before I bought it. She said OK, got a bag, which they were plenty, put it in and said gees for $53. I said I didn’t know there was a dollar amount she said yeah. I asked her to put a bow on it which she did and I walked out of the store. If there is a prop
