Placed order online. I went to the store more than 2 hours later to pick up the order for a single charm. Store associate did not have order. Offered to sell me the item but would not honor pricing of online order.

I purchased an item for a gift. I needed it wrapped. The store had no boxes. And then the small little paper box that she tried to stuff my item in I was totally upset. So now box. I said can you put the bracelet in the storage pouch. They said no $5. Not happy at all. I cancelled my purchase and came home and purchased online. I wanted to avoid shipping cost

Megan was very unknowlege if the policy and was very rude and unprofessional and when I tried to call back and speak to a manager, Morgan hung up the phone on me

Willow grove is my favorite location to come to, it's always welcoming ! This trip I was VERY UNSATISFIED the sales rep didn't introduce herself , wasn't welcoming , didn't do any suggestions nor showed any interest with assisting me . I was shopping for Mother's Day ! I picked out 4 charms she rung up 3 said she didn't know I wanted the other ! I was honestly turned off so I didn't even bother to shop for myself.. this was my first awful experience at this location

Sales Associate was not helpful in the manner of showing other merchandise. She double charged me and wanted to argue the fact that she did not! Did not offer to put charm on bracelet and put both charms in the same box.

I have twenty-one charms and We went to purchase a few more,but you really didn’t have all that I wanted so I settled on just two charms and I was very disappointed because I been doing business with you guys at this store from the time of my first eleven charms.I have two charms that tarnished and I was told that I couldn’t get any thing for them it was a heart charm and the Pandora name on the bracelet. We would have bought more charms but since you didn’ t exchange the tarnished ones I just lost interest.but I was told when and how to wear my bracelet in the end I was given a phone # to call in refence to the tarnished two charms.I would like to buy a unicorn charm made with a unicorn aNd a garnet on the tip of the horn
