I came to the Willow Grove, PA store to get my bracelet and 2 charms cleaned. I was told I would get an email or text within 45min - 1hr when the cleaning was finished. I walked the mall with my child for over 1hr 45min and didn’t get an email or text. I went to the store and stood in the line and when I told them my name I was asked to come into the store, not move from the station and my bracelet would be brought out to me. THEY HADN’T EVEN CLEANED IT!!!! I WATCHED THE ASSOCIATE TAKE MY BRACELET AND PUT IT IN THE MACHINE AND THE GIRL WHO TOOK MY BRACELET STAND WITH HER, take a picture of it and as I am standing in the store I get and email that my cleaning was finished and I could pick up my bracelet and charms. 1000% UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I found the ring I wanted and was told they didn’t have it in gold, but apparently the were checking in the back to see if they had any in gold. I decided I would just the silver one instead. I purchase the ring and realize that the sales associate gave me the display ring that everyone tries on. I questioned her and she said “I sanitized it” and I told her I don’t want the ring that everyone has been trying in and she said “well we don’t have this ring left in the store”. I told her again that I don’t want that ring, and if they didn’t have anymore of that ring in the store she should have told me and I could have ordered it brand new online. Long story short, I asked for a refund. She became very rude giving me attitude and at the end said “you can go now”. This was my first time at this pandora and safe to say the last time I will ever go there.

The wait to enter the store was horrible. Also the sale clerk needs more knowledge they also need to speed up the service and STOP ALL THAT TALKING AND JOKING AROUND W CUSTOMERS WHEN THE LINE OUTSIDE THE STORE IS SUPER LONG AND WE OUT HERE WAITING FOR HRS TO ENTER THE STORE THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE

My bracelet was broke and instead of a free or discounted repair i had to buy a whole new one which i fine very unfair.

Walked in an customer service rep was chatting and had to be told stop her conversatiin to come help me. Customer service agent was not friendly while helping me. Asked questions to customer service agent & manager who was also not friendly and rude.

The sales associate Ciana was very helpful in selecting a present for my wife. I was very satisfied with her patience and knowledge of the jewelry she showed me. Once again thank you Ciana for all your help.

The salesperson that helped me did not offer to wrap the bracelet that I bought and he asked me if it was for a gift. I got home and did not even notice that it was not wrapped until I took it out of the bag to put my card with it opened up the box and the bracelet was not even wrapped right around the circle holder. It was a slider bracelet. Didn't think that would be very hard to slide it together to hold it but apparently it was. When I asked to see the slider bracelets he just assumed I was referring to one that holds charms and never asked and then gave me an attitude when I said these are not the ones on your website I said they had stones. He told me that was all they had in store. I said are you sure? I saw it on your website. So then I had to sit there pull out my phone and show him what bracelet I wanted to purchase. This is my 2nd experience with him and he was just not interested in helping the first time and really was not interested this time. Last time I did not complain. This time I decided to because it will hinder me from coming to this store again and you guys are right around the corner from my house.

I left my bracelet to be cleaned after purchasing a new charm. My bracelet was left on a counter & NEVER cleaned after 1 HOUR!
