Pandora Jewelry

Hi, I brought a ring at Disney Park Pandora at EPCOT. I asked the seller who assisted me and was told that I can return the ring at any Pandora store for a full refund if needed. I came to the store and was treated like I stoled the ring and the employee refused for the refund and can only do store credits. When the store credit was given to me, it was not even a full refund from what I paid. In addition, the employee won't even let me have my original receipt back. He even snap the receipt out of my hand when I just try to see how much I paid for it at Disney Park. It was a terrible experience and the employees are so rude. I am extremely disappointed in the service.

The sales associate had no idea what she was doing nor did she communicate well. She first couldn’t find 2 of the items that I was looking for and then went searching for the book and still could find the items. She then found what I was looking for and told me the price, only to come back and tell me when I was checking out that she told me the wrong proce by over $150. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with my experience and will tell others about this experience.

The only issue I had with my visit was the diversity of available charms. I wish Pandora included charms that are not traditionally girly such as cars, boxing gloves, or a wrench.

The manager not service well

My bracelet is not standing up to the pandora quality standard and after speaking with the manager I was told that because of my skin composition the bracelet will continue to tarnish and there is really nothing I can do or he will do to help me fell satisfied

I went to the Willow Grove store because your sale associate are always very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my experience.

overall I had a bad and slow sale associate.
