The associate was pleasant and was able to find all of the items that I wanted. She knew each item right away where to get them after I showed her photos. She also let me try on a couple of bracelets to make sure it wouldn't be too big for my daughter. My daughter was in tears of happiness. Thanks again for making her 18th birthday gift a success.
